The patch is able to be kept as a collectable item or worn on CWD Army or CWD Air provided the following conditions are met:
a. The patch is worn on the right hand sleeve of the CWD shirt.
b. Permission is sought to wear it from the Cadet Unit Commander.
c. The patch is not to be worn on any NZCF uniform after 31 Dec 24.
